We're a commercial general contractor in Knoxville. We just celebrated our 36th consecutive year here in Knoxville. We do strictly commercial work and specialize in industrial work. Some of our most notable projects were the Haslem Business Building and the indoor practice facility for the football team at the University of Tennessee.

We recently had an event where a user deleted a file. We’ve completed our annual HIPAA assessment

Years ago when it was all paper charts, you were less dependent on the computer, whether it was up or down or running. But now it's critical for patient care to keep your system up and running. Hearing of the costs of a data breach, plus the complete disruption to your practice if there was a breach and how you have to send out letters to the patients advising them of the breach, and offering them remedies, it would really be a huge problem. It's just like having insurance for your car. If nothing happens, you think you wasted your money, but as soon as you have an accident, you're glad you paid to have the insurance.

The guys at Cirrus IT have been very responsive to our needs. Very prompt in taking care of our needs and have been very easy to work with, very easy to get a hold of, I couldn't be more satisfied. Really.
